If you are not satisfied with the groove sharpening results of the Backspin Buddy, you can return it within 7 days of purchase date. You will receive the full refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, please contact us via our contact information and explain the problem you had as well as to provide us with the tracking information on a returned package. We cannot refund money on packages lost in the mail, so you must provide us with a tracking number.
Shipping
We ship Backspin Buddy only to addresses in the United States. At this time, we do not ship The Backspin Buddy™ outside of the United States. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping is $2.50 for the first Backspin Buddy™, and $1.00 for each additional Backspin Buddy™. For orders over 5 units a flat rate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Shipping for The Backspin Buddy™ Caps is $1.00 per pair. Total shipping and handling will be applied during checkout. The Backspin Buddy™ ships via First Class Mail. All Backspin Buddy tools ship within 1 to 3 days, most often the same or next day shipping will apply, though.
Out of Stock Items
It is extremely rare that we are ever out of stock of The Backspin Buddy™, but if the item is out of stock, you will have the option to wait until stock arrives or get your money back.
